Armor (Part 1) | Stalker: Clear Sky

Posted on August 6, 2026 by admin

Stalker: Clear Sky → Armor (Part 1)

A leather jacket is a common item for a novice stalker. It doesn’t protect the wearer from bullets or anomalies, but it’s comfortable to wear. An artifact container is available after upgrading.

Containers (+MF): 1 (+1).

The Bandit Jacket is a traditional bandit garment, a leather jacket with built-in armor. It provides the wearer with some protection from harmful elements, though it’s extremely insufficient in the harsh conditions of the Zone. An artifact container is available after upgrading.

The “Zarya” jumpsuit —made by folk craftsmen—is an effective combination of lightweight military body armor and a rubberized fabric jumpsuit. Although the integrated body armor can be penetrated even by a pistol bullet, the suit has gained popularity due to its low cost and modifiability. It features a built-in artifact container.

Containers (+ MF): 2 (+3).

The CHN-1 body armor was developed for search operations in areas with low anomalous activity. The use of high-quality materials increases wear resistance. It comes equipped with an artifact container.

Containers (+ mf): 1 (+2).

The CHN-3a body armor is standard issue for Clear Sky assault units. It can stop a pistol bullet, while the integrated gas mask and canvas coveralls, with a special coating, provide excellent protection against anomalous effects. It also comes with a built-in artifact storage container.

Containers (+ mf): 1 (+2).

The SEVA suit, manufactured at a Kyiv defense research institute, offers an excellent alternative to homemade stalker suits. The built-in body armor can only stop a pistol bullet, but the protection system against anomalous effects is rightfully considered unrivaled. Due to its self-upgradability and two built-in artifact storage containers, many experienced stalkers prefer this model.

Containers (+ mf): 2 (+3).
