- Vault City – Erudition 50 allows you to discover the true history of your illness.
- Black Rock – You can fight Mike in the bar (preferably without weapons 60% or more).
- Jerlak – you can save the guy for money, using the repair skill 35.
- Lovelock – the healer, will give you a quest to find a backpack with herbs.
- Hawthorne – in the last location – “Hangar V9” – the raiders will leave you.
- New Reno – The amount of quests in Reno is insane.
- Uranus City – the arsenal can be bought for $1500 or for $300 with trade 55.
- Wind of War – Before completing tasks at the military base, make a separate save.
- Poseidon Oil Nuclear Power Plant – there are no quests here, but you can find two necessary parts.
- Las Vegas – Vegas has a lot of metal detector hiding places.
- Salt Lake City – when trading 60, you can find out from him why the selection is so lousy.
- Bridgeport is a small town that you find yourself in as part of the story.
- Battle Mountain – the hardest part is finding it.
- Area 51 is a location with a lot of useful loot, but essentially no quests.
- Blagovatnoe – you can only get here as part of the story and only by train.
