One artifact is in the “Sosnodub” anomaly on Zaton. You need to climb the tree on the side where the Joker’s skeleton lies. The second artifact is next to Barge’s corpse. Also, after earning the “Friend of Stalkers” achievement, these artifacts can be purchased from Boroda.
