Half-Life 2 Walkthrough -> Chapter 7: T-Minus One [Episode Two]
We take the elevator down to the control room with Alyx. We press the launch button and watch as the booster launches our satellite into orbit.
We go outside. A signal will come through the satellite, and the Combine superportal will close. Now the alien enemies are cut off from their homeland.
We descend to the hangar, where a helicopter is already waiting for us to fly to the Borey in the Arctic. But suddenly, a pair of Advisors flies through the hangar window. One of them kills Eli by plunging a tentacle into his head, thereby learning all the resistance’s plans. Before the second can kill us, a metal Dog arrives to help. The Advisors fly away, leaving us standing over the dead body of Eli Vance.
