Posted on August 6, 2026 by admin

Stalker: Call of Pripyat → Batteries and Grenades

The ammo are changed from regular to armor-piercing with the letter Y, and the grenade launcher mode is changed with the letter V, respectively.

The batteries are energy cells that use an encapsulated fragment of the “Flash” artifact as a power source. They are manufactured in a factory using high-tech equipment.

The F-1 grenade is a defensive hand grenade; its fragments are capable of penetrating moderate body armor, and its blast wave can strike targets within a radius of up to 7 meters. It usually falls into the hands of stalkers through barter with the military.

The RGD-5 grenade is an offensive hand grenade with a small fragmentation radius. The blast radius is approximately 5 meters. It is often used by stalkers to flush out mutants from their burrows.

The VOG-25 is a fragmentation grenade for the GP-25 “Koster” underbarrel grenade launcher; it is also used in the Grom-S14 system and the Bulldog-6 grenade launcher. The effective fragmentation radius is approximately 5 meters.

The M203 is a 40mm caliber grenade for the M203 underbarrel grenade launcher. Its effective fragmentation radius is approximately 5 meters. It can also be used in the FT-200M integrated grenade launcher system.

The OG-7V is a high-explosive fragmentation anti-personnel grenade. When used with the RPG-7u launcher, it can engage enemies in cover at ranges greater than the throwing range of a hand grenade.
