A Large Gem (Large Diamond/Amethyst/Topaz/Sapphire/ Emerald/Ruby/Amber). When carried in the inventory, it will appear above the character’s head. If multiple Large Gemstones are held, the one to the left and/or above will glow. It is used as a source of weak light. It always drops from the character upon death (even in Softcore mode). The Gem Lock was added, which activates the attached mechanism when a Large Gemstone matching its specifications is inserted into it.
