A small town you find yourself in as part of the story. You need to fix the electricity, drive out the bikers (to do this, you need to clear Hawthorne), ask the bikers about Kukish, cure the girl (with a first aid kit or the Doctor skill), bring the girl some cola (you can constantly gain karma and experience for each bottle, and after 10 bottles, your reputation in the town will increase), establish trade with the caravanners (talk to them in Reno, but the store won’t open until the end, for sure), and help a guy join the gang – you’ll need painkillers and a pistol (any 10mm) and a light weapons skill of 75. Or you can persuade him to stay.
To fix the electricity, you’ll have to run around town. First, you need to start the generator. Then tinker with the fuse box to get the power to the transformer. Then fix the transformer itself (it’s a scary thing in the city center). The last step is to find the fuse box near each house and fix it. All the panels are identical, but they don’t look like a regular electrical panel.
There’s also a quest here called “Drive the Brahmin into the Stables.” Push them until they enter. If your character isn’t strong enough, you’ll need to equip an electric whip. It’s simple, but time-consuming.
The bikers will tell you about Fukish, which will unlock the next story quest.
