Run and Gun – The Run and Gun perk reduces the accuracy penalty while walking or running when using one-handed, normal, or energy weapons.

Child of Radiation – You are truly a child of radiation. The greater the level of radiation sickness, the faster your health recovers.

Travel Light – When wearing light armor or no armor, you run 10% faster.

Entomologist – The Entomologist perk allows you to deal 50% more damage to mutated insects, such as radroaches, giant mantises, or radscorpions.

Educated – The “Educated” perk grants an additional 2 skill points per level. It’s best to take it early.

Understanding – With the Understanding perk, you gain a double skill bonus when reading scientific journals and one additional skill point for each textbook you read.
