It’s a moose suit that would suit Jersey perfectly. In exchange, he’ll give you the Bovine Plate he was wearing earlier.
If the command.txt file contains the line “cowquest;,” it means the quest is active. You can confirm this by finding a certain Complete Nut in Farmer Lester’s place, dressed in a cow costume (you’ll later discover it’s a pretty cool costume).
He’ll also give you a rune bomb to open the entrance to the Hives, but he’ll also ask you to find his holiday costume, as this one isn’t appropriate for the holiday. On the third floor of the Hives, you’ll find a gray donkey costume. If you try to give it to Psycho (presumably his name is Jersey), he’ll take it but say it’s the wrong costume. The costume he needs is on the fourth floor of the Hives.
